By accessing this site or purchasing any product, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our products or services.

These terms apply to all digital products sold through ELJOE UEFN, including UI asset packs, Verse scripts, prop packs, game templates, and any custom commissions.

Digital Products

All products sold by ELJOE UEFN are digital goods intended for use in Fortnite Creative / UEFN projects. Upon purchase you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product in your own Fortnite islands.

• You may use purchased assets in an unlimited number of your own personal or commercial UEFN projects.
• You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the raw asset files to third parties.
• You may not claim authorship of the original assets or pass them off as your own work outside of a published island.
• Sharing or leaking purchased files publicly (e.g. Discord, torrents) is a violation of these terms and may result in account termination.

Payments & Pricing

All prices are listed in USD. Payments are processed securely through Whop or PayPal. ELJOE UEFN does not store your payment card information.

Prices are subject to change at any time without notice. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay — no hidden fees.

Products are provided "as is." While we strive for quality and compatibility with the latest UEFN version, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted use if Epic Games changes their platform in a way that affects functionality.

Termination

We reserve the right to revoke your license and access to products if you violate these terms — including unauthorized redistribution of files. No refund will be issued in cases of termination due to a breach.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. The effective date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent update.
