Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By purchasing or downloading any product from ELJOE UEFN ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our products.

2. Digital Products

All products sold on ELJOE UEFN are digital assets designed for use within Unreal Editor for Fortnite (UEFN). Upon purchase you receive:

• A non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the asset in your own UEFN projects
• Lifetime access to the version purchased
• Access to any free updates released for that product

3. License Restrictions

You may NOT:

• Resell, redistribute, or share the files with others
• Claim ownership or authorship of the original asset
• Use the asset outside of UEFN or Fortnite Creative projects
• Upload the files to any marketplace or file-sharing platform

4. Payments

All payments are processed securely by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles billing, VAT, and tax compliance on our behalf. By completing a purchase you also agree to Paddle's terms of service.

5. Delivery

Digital products are delivered immediately after successful payment via a download link sent to your email address. If you do not receive your download, contact us within 48 hours.

6. Intellectual Property

All assets, designs, and code remain the intellectual property of ELJOE UEFN. Purchase grants a license to use — not ownership of the asset itself.

7. Limitation of Liability

ELJOE UEFN is not responsible for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our products, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or project functionality. All products are provided "as is".

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our products after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
