Refund Policy

1. Digital Product Policy
All products sold by ELJOE UEFN are digital assets. Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are generally final once the product has been delivered and accessed.
We offer refunds on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase if the product does not function as described.
2. Eligible Refund Reasons
- The product does not work as described in the product listing
- You were charged multiple times for the same product
- The download link was never delivered to your email
- A major technical issue that cannot be resolved by our support
3. Non-Refundable Situations
- You changed your mind after downloading the product
- The product does not fit your personal taste or preferences
- You purchased the wrong product by mistake (contact us and we may offer an exchange)
- More than 14 days have passed since the purchase date
- The product was used and integrated into a published project
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at youssefmoh160@gmail.com with:
- Your order ID or transaction number
- The email address used at checkout
- The reason for your refund request
We will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed through Paddle, our payment processor. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your payment method and bank.
6. Chargebacks
If you file a chargeback without contacting us first, your account may be suspended and access to purchased products revoked. We always prefer to resolve issues directly — please reach out before disputing a charge.
