All sales are final — but if something doesn't work, we fix it.
No Refund Policy
All sales are final. Because our products are digital downloads that are delivered immediately upon purchase, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
By completing a purchase on ELJOE UEFN, you acknowledge and accept that the transaction is non-refundable. This applies to all products including UI asset packs, Verse scripts, prop packs, game templates, and custom commissions.
- Change of mind is not grounds for a refund.
- Incompatibility with a specific setup that falls outside normal UEFN usage is not grounds for a refund.
- Accidental purchases — contact us immediately; we'll review on a case-by-case basis but cannot guarantee a reversal.
Bug Fix Guarantee
If a product you purchased has a bug or doesn't work as described, we will fix it. This is our commitment — no questions asked.
A "bug" means the product does not function as shown in its description, preview, or documentation when used in a standard UEFN environment. If you encounter one:
- Contact us through the Contact page or reach out on Discord.
- Describe the issue clearly — what you expected vs. what happened, and your UEFN version.
- We will investigate and ship a fix as quickly as possible, typically within 1–3 business days.
- If the issue is caused by an Epic Games platform update that breaks the product, we will still update it at no charge.
What Is Not Covered
The following are not considered bugs and do not qualify for a fix or refund:
- Issues caused by modifications you made to the original files.
- Conflicts with third-party assets or scripts not provided by ELJOE UEFN.
- Misuse of the product outside its intended purpose as described on the product page.
- Feature requests — adding new functionality to a product you've already purchased.
Custom Orders
Custom commissions require a deposit before work begins. The deposit is non-refundable once work has started. The final payment is due upon delivery and is also non-refundable after you have received and approved the deliverable.
If you are unsatisfied with a custom order, contact us before final payment — we will revise the work until it meets the agreed-upon spec.
